
At 20, my life as a barman, late nights, alcohol, drugs and bad habits was catching up with me.
I was skinny, weak, had a beer belly and felt completely drained.
I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to start.
I started at the gym..stopped...started again stopped...many times..
Hiring my first trainer opened my eyes.
For the first time, I understood that training wasn’t just about showing up it was about doing it with purpose.
That shift changed my body, my mindset and how I saw myself.
It gave me a sense of control and confidence I hadn’t felt before.
Over the years, I’ve trained, experimented, failed and learned..27 years of experience that taught me what works, what doesn’t and why patience, consistency and understanding your body are everything.
I coach now because I know what it feels like to struggle, to feel lost or stuck and I want others to discover the same clarity, strength and confidence that changed my life.
